Clinical & Reflective Supervision

Supporting fellow professionals in their clinical practice

Supporting Therapists in Their Professional Journey

In addition to my clinical work with clients, I have a strong interest in staff wellbeing and professional development. I provide both clinical and reflective supervision, having completed the IAPT Clinical Supervision Course as well as the Developing as a Clinical Supervisor in CFT course.

Supporting colleagues in their practice is an important part of my professional mission. I believe that by nurturing and guiding fellow professionals through compassionate, reflective supervision, we can collectively improve the quality of care provided to those seeking mental health support.

My Supervision Approach

I use various methods to help you achieve your supervision goals, and my aim is to provide a compassionate, safe space to be curious about cases and your development as a therapist. Drawing on my extensive experience in trauma-informed care and compassion-focused practice, I want to help you grow in confidence and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
