I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and qualified in eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) working with adults from 16 years old and up. I am also an NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and have extensive experience across mental health settings with 15 years’ experience within the NHS. This enables me to offer a flexible, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual's needs.

Trauma‑Focused CBT (TF‑CBT) is a specialised form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy designed to help people process and recover from traumatic experiences. It combines evidence‑based CBT techniques with a sensitive, paced approach that supports you in making sense of what happened, reducing distressing symptoms, and rebuilding a sense of safety and control.

This approach helps you understand how trauma affects your thoughts, emotions, and body, and offers practical tools to manage flashbacks, Nightmares, avoidance, and overwhelming feelings. TF‑CBT is collaborative and empowering, helping you move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

I am passionate about and have a specialist interest in supporting people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD and survivors of childhood trauma, sexual abuse and assault and attachment trauma. I also offer services for a wide range of mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, overthinking, excessive worry, low self-esteem, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers people to move forward with a renewed sense of hope. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can build resilience, develop self-compassion, and reconnect with a sense of safeness and self-worth.

I am also an experienced clinical supervisor offering a compassionate space to help therapists grow in their own practice.
